Learning Processes and Process Facilitation
To determine what kind of support is most appropriate, it is often best to work together to identify the specific areas that are in need of learning processes and process facilitation. Examples of how the PSPPD has done this can be seen in its work with the:
- Limpopo Province in developing a Limpopo Research Forum, as well as the M&E Unit of the Premier’s office;
- DPME in identifying areas to support, including the development of guidelines and providing hands-on support and facilitation around the rural outcome;
- Policy>Action Network (P>AN) of the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC), building a relationship and developing partnerships to support it as a dynamic network, expanding its role beyond a website.
